We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order, but we want you to have exactly what you want to help you relax, so contact us via email if you want to exchange your order. We're happy to help!

Just select fast shipping after you enter your delivery location in the U.S.
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time for the U.S. depends on the distance from our warehouse in Maryland.

Once your item is received by Rhea Chérie we'll send you a confirmation email and begin processing your return. Please allow two business days for processing on our end. Keep in mind, that due to your financial institution polices and procedures it may take longer to see it in your account.

If you find the need to return or exchange your Rhea Chérie order you have two options:
1. You can send it back to us by filling out the return card included in your order and put it in the mail.
2. The quickest option is to click on the "Submit a Return" link on the homepage to begin a return.
